The Tales of Beedle the Bard is great. Eric got it for me for Christmas. I especially love the extensive commentary by Albus Dumbledore. I think reading it makes me happier than it should. I'm such a geek.

My stomach is still hurting me. I had an EGD done, and apparently I have baby gallstones and need my gallbladder removed. I really hope that fixes it because sometimes it is unbearable pain. I hate hospitals, though, so it sucks. I had my EGD done at St. Vincents, and apparently they gave me a double dose of medicine because I had never had a procedure done. I was so loopy, I don't remember anything, but apparently I said some funny stuff. 

I'm taking 4 Spanish classes next semester and an honors class. I think it will be a hard semester, but it'll be ok. The honors class is pretty cool, and I get to make an ad for NPR.

I really love my drum set. I think I'm stuck in a certain style of playing, though, with a kind of triplet beat. My goal for next year is to be able to play lots of different styles of music. If anyone ever wants to play, let me know.

I'm still babysitting next semester, but only on Thursdays, so I got a job at SMI as a bilingual telephone person. I can't say I'm excited, but it's money. I'm sure I'll be cursed in Spanish alot, though. haha.

and I've found a new love for werthers originals. mmm.

I'm giving up on computers
i've had 2 desktops since my laptop, one's hard drive magically failed after a week and the other has windows 2000 and can't run any programs, including DSL.
so now I'm at the library. blah.
at least I'm voting this morning.

I'm pretty excited about one of the classes I'm taking next semester.

Book Arts Techniques and Aesthetics
UH 210
This course provides an introduction to the concepts, aesthetics, and techniques of the book arts. The class will explore fundamental elements of bookbinding, papermaking, and protective structures, and students will create work that has a narrative for the viewer. Students will discover a variety of simple book structures, develop basic hand skills, and learn introductory paper making skills. Assignments will be given to further students’ understanding of the book and its potential for artistic expression.

Could be promising, plus there are only 15 people in the class and it only meets on Thursdays.

other than that I'm taking spanish 202, special education 300, education 200, and an english 210. bleh bleh bleh.

I'm so happy! Finals are almost over, and On Friday I get to see my some of my best friends for our annual Christmas party.

Annd one of my best friends Katie is engaged! I'm so happy for her!

I can't sleep.

My often headaches have turned into extreme sharp pains shooting in various spots on the sides/back of my brain in the past 2 months. At first they just hurt really bad for 20 seconds or so, but now they're lasting up to 5 minutes. I was on the phone with Eric tonight and one hit. It's unbearable pain... it feels like someone is stabbbing me in the head and I can hardly open my eyes, but I still manage to cry. My mom is taking me to doctor tomorrow. Well, she better, she said she was. I hope I don't have a brain tumor or something. That being said, I took some excedrin migrane, which did absolutly nothing but make me awake. Damn you caffiene.

tomorrow..well today... is going to be a long day...

One more week at Subway and I never have to be there again. woo hoo!

I should be getting my car on Saturday. I'm crossing my fingers at least. It's a 2006 Jetta, and it's blue. =]

I need a nap, but alas, I have no time.

I could live at the beach and be perfectly content.

At least until a hurricane comes, heh.

I think I'm going to use the rest of my graduation money to go back. Who's with me?

Graduated on Thursday, then left for Panama City. It was alot of fun. We went snorkeling and swimming with the dolphins =] =]

I'm pretty much sure I'm mexican. I'm so dark it's not even funny.... even though it wouldn't be funny in the first place. ah well.

I'm going to TTown Wednesday night. Thursday and Friday are my orientation. weeeee.

now, for a whole nights sleep...

I miss Eric Mason tremendously. It's the worst feeling not seeing the person you love most in almost a month. And it's even worse having to wait until Tuesday because it's close but not close enough. blleegghh.
